Financial Assistance Eligibility
We understand that managing health care costs can be challenging, so we offer our patients ways to handle their hospital bills. The Financial Assistance program is one of the ways we can assist you with your bill. Financial assistance may be requested at any time prior to, during or after your hospital stay.
An on-site Financial Counselor is here to help you through the process. A brief application must be completed and you will be required to show proof of income so that we may determine what level of assistance for which you are qualified.
Some patients qualify for a partial adjustment, so do not hesitate to speak with our Financial Counselor even if you think your income is too high. Patients who have little to no income may qualify for a full discount meaning there would be no remaining balance due.

Patient Financial Services
When you were admitted to the hospital the Patient Access staff entered your insurance information so that we may bill your insurance company. Many insurance companies require their members to perform certain tasks such as providing additional information, for example, a spouse’s insurance or car accident information. However most of the billing is done for you by the Patient Financial Services department. If you have questions or concerns related to your insurance please contact the numbers below associated with the first letter of your last name and a representative will be happy to assist you.
