Our services include Pap smears, pregnancy care, contraception counseling, gynecologic surgery and menopausal issues.

Our physicians provide minimally invasive surgical options for conditions such as uterine fibroids and urinary incontinence. We work with you to develop treatment plans that best fit your lifestyle and health needs. We also offer specialized imaging services for women, including mammography and breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These screenings help you and your physician detect problems early, giving you more treatment options and improving outcomes.

Indiana University Health University Hospital Women’s Health specializes in high-risk pregnancies and gynecologic cancers. We are the referral center for these services for the state of Indiana. We are also home to the only pediatric gynecologist in the state.

The compassionate team of maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) experts at IU Health University Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to mothers and their babies during high-risk pregnancies. MFM physicians work with the neonatologists at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health to create a coordinated delivery plan to provide the best care possible. General, Pediatric & Reproductive Gynecology

One of the most important keys to women’s health is preventive care. The gynecological team at IU Health University Hospital is passionate about keeping women and adolescents healthy at every stage of life.

Our general gynecologists address everything from annual exams to menopause management. Our pediatric and adolescent specialists address a wide spectrum of conditions from the newborn period to adolescence. We also have reproductive endocrinology specialists, who focus on hormonal dysfunctions and infertility in women. They provide a full range of diagnostic and treatment options for women with conditions such as endocrine disorders, ovulation induction and endometriosis. They also perform in vitro fertilization (process by which an egg is fertilized by sperm outside the body) and artificial insemination (procedure in which sperm is placed in a woman’s uterus to assist in the fertilization process) for patients who have issues becoming pregnant.
