Indiana University Health West Hospital strives to provide safe, quality care while meeting --and even exceeding--our patients' needs and expectations. We also recognize that there may be times when a patient, a patient's family member, a caregiver or a member of the medical staff has questions or concerns.
On those occasions, complaints or concerns may be voiced internally to a member of the IU Health West team, such as the appropriate department director, supervisor or division Vice President, the Vice President of Clinical Excellence or our full-time Patient Liaison.
