The Back & Neck Center at IU Health West is all encompassing - providing patients with multiple layers of assessment and treatment options: from physical therapy to pain management to, in relatively rare instances, surgery. And, with a single point of contact - your Care Guide - available to help you navigate the evaluation and treatment process, patients are assured a smooth transition back to their primary physician's care following treatment.
The Back & Neck Center at IU Health West is located on the first floor of IU Health West Hospital's attached Professional Office Center, in Suite 148, in Avon, Indiana.
