Billing Questions

IU Health White Memorial customer service representatives are here to assist with financial questions. Our financial counselors are also available to help families who are in need of financial assistance. These specialists can supply information regarding charity care or care at reduced rates for those who cannot afford care. Under Indiana regulations, patients may be eligible for payment of all or part of the hospital bill.

For further information before leaving the hospital, or to speak to a service representative by phone, please call the number below, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. The automated system is also available during business hours.

Online Bill Payment

This convenient service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The online bill payment service has been developed to help patients pay their bills online quickly and securely. It will be helpful to have the billing statement available as it contains necessary information.

To pay online, please have:

  • The account number of the bill to be paid  (this will be found on the patient bill or statement)
  • Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card number, expiration date and verification code (three digit code located on the back of the card)
  • An active email account

The payment will be applied to the hospital account within 1 – 2 business days.
