Home Care

Indiana University Health White Memorial Hospital Home Care provides intermittent, part-time or extended hours of skilled nursing and home aide services to patients in their place of residence. Home Care also provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services based on the assessed needs of the individual patient.

Services are available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.

Services are available in the evening and on weekends/holidays on an on-call basis, providing 24-hour coverage for emergencies. There is an RN on-call at all times to respond to inquiries, and Home Care provides an after-business-hours answering service to handle inquiries and emergencies.

IU Health White Memorial Hospital Home Care provides service to residents of White, Carroll and Cass counties.
