Paid Time Off Plan
The Paid Time Off (PTO) plan is unique in that all the different time-off plans (vacation, holiday, sick) are combined into one in order to give you maximum flexibility in using your time off.
- 21 weekdays off per year (maximum allowed by the ABFM) Residents have great flexibility in scheduling their vacation.
- Five CME days per year (in addition to the 21 PTO days).
