MindShift is an app created to provide tools and information to young adults experiencing anxiety. It contains educational information about common sources and symptoms of worry, anxiety and panic, and has a checklist for users to complete to help determine the types of anxiety they most commonly face.

CBT-i

The app will guide you through the process of learning about sleep, developing positive sleep routines, and improving your sleep environment. It provides a structured program that teaches strategies proven to improve sleep and help alleviate symptoms of insomnia.

Breathe 2 Relax

Breathe2Relax is an app for all mobile devices that teaches a skill called “diaphragmatic breathing” to help users feel more relaxed. Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as “belly breathing,” is a common relaxation skill utilized in a variety of treatments for anxiety and PTSD.

Moodfit

This app is meant to help you get into mental shape. There’s a questionnaire that will help you determine the severity of the symptoms, as well as many articles and audio files.

MoodTools

MoodTools is an app for all mobile devices that was created to help users manage common symptoms of depression.

Woebot

Woebot brought in storytellers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to combine their love of writing stories, AI, and robots with the intention of creating a companion (Woebot!) who can help people with their mental health.

SuperBetter

SuperBetter builds resilience - the ability to stay strong, motivated and optimistic even in the face of change and difficult challenges. Playing SuperBetter unlocks heroic potential to overcome tough situations and achieve goals that matter most.
