As an academic health center, IU Health works in partnership with Indiana University School of Medicine to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and other diseases. Ask your doctor about joining a cancer clinical trial.

The following tips will help you visit go smoothly:

  • Have your doctor send medical records to us before your visit or bring the information with you to your visit
  • Bring insurance card(s) and identification
  • Provide a list of current medications, including over-the-counter medicines
  • Bring any imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT or MRI or have them sent to our office
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your schedule appointment time
