Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an office appointment at this location, please contact us to reach a scheduler. Please be sure to identify if your appointment is for a wellness visit or if it is to discuss a medical concern you may be having.

Medical Concerns & Questions

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, dial 911.

During office hours, we provide nurses to answer patient phone calls. We rotate our nursing team in this position, so you may speak with a different nurse each time.

Our nurses are available to answer your questions regarding medications, symptoms, pregnancy, etc. At times it may be necessary to leave a message for the phone nurse. Please make these messages brief, as the nurse will elicit more details when she returns your call. If you do leave a message, please be sure to leave us your name, date of birth and an accurate call-back number and a range of convenient times. Please do not leave voice mails for urgent requests.

Prescription refills and results requests

We kindly request that you provide us with 7 days' notice for routine prescription refills.

After Hours

If you have an urgent medical need after the office is closed, please call your primary Women’s Health location to reach our after-hours call service. You will then be connected with our triage nurses who can assist you further. Please note, narcotics and routine medications will not be prescribed after-hours.

Cancelling appointments

We understand things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with our office. Call the office at least one business day in advance of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule otherwise your appointment will result in a no-show.

Please be advised any patient who no shows three scheduled appointments will be reviewed for dismissal from our practice. Calling early in the day is always appreciated as it allows us to best reallocate your appointment time to another patient who may have an urgent medical need.
