Biography
Christie DeCraene, PT, MSPT is a staff physical therapist at IU Health Frankfort Hospital. She is a physical therapist with over 22 years of experience including outpatient, acute care, pediatrics, women’s healthcare, and wound care. She is highly skilled in treating patients with orthopedic, integumentary, and neurological deficits. Christie uses a variety of treatment approaches with an emphasis on education, function-based therapeutic exercises and manual-based treatments including joint and soft tissue mobilizations.
Her experience as a college athlete and volleyball coach helps her motivate her patients throughout the stages of injury recovery and advocate for lifetime health and wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 teenage children and loves lake or beach vacations.
