Biography
Dr. Phookan has been practicing in Muncie for over two decades. He has extensive training and experience in disorders of the brain. In his free time, Dr. Phookan enjoys fly fishing, playing golf, photography, painting, theater and martial arts.
Dr. Phookan earned his medical degree from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Assam, India. He completed his residency at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Penn State University. Dr. Phookan is a board certified neurosurgeon.
