Biography
Jean Kolp, FNP-C has been in practice as a nurse practitioner since 2008; but has been in nursing since 1990. Over her years in practice, she has worked in a variety of settings from NICU and pediatrics, to the care of older adults. She especially enjoys working with the older adult population. Jean has experience practicing in patient homes, aging in place facilities (assisted living, extended care, skilled nursing and memory care) and hospice care. She believes it is very important to treat all patients with dignity, respect; and to provide holistic care. She has received many awards for the compassionate clinical care she provides.
During her free time, Jean enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding with her spouse and friends, and spending time with her family. She has two adult children, whom she takes great pride in being part of their life successes. She also loves being a grandmother to her four beautiful grandchildren.
