Biography
Dr. Savage couples technical excellence with concierge service. He believes it is a privilege and honor to provide care to his patients. His research interests include the molecular mechanisms underpinning the development and regulation of cranial base tumors and cerebrovascular disorders. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Savage enjoys running, tennis, golf and spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children.
Dr. Savage earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in biology from Purdue University, with a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in neurological surgery at University of Virginia and his international fellowship training in cerebrovascular and cranial base surgery at the Auckland City Hospital in New Zealand. He serves as an assistant professor at IU School of Medicine in the departments of neurological surgery and otolaryngology.
