Katie Allsop Hilbrich, PhD

Dr. Allsop became a psychologist because she has always wanted to help people. She enjoys providing a safe space for individuals to work through whatever challenges they may face, and she seeks to empower and support her patients throughout their journey. She has a particular passion for working in a primary care setting, as she believes this increases access to mental health care and allows for the integration of mental health and physiological care.

Dr. Allsop loves many things about her job, but one of the most enjoyable aspects is building strong relationships with her patients. She believes this is the foundation for helping patients meet their goals and make progress in treatment. She also enjoys working closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers to provide holistic and comprehensive care to her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Allsop enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, making candles and playing board games.
