Biography
I have been a PT for 40 years. I have practiced in many locations including hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehab hospitals, nursing facilities, homes and as a faculty member in a PT Program at IU. I have practiced in orthopedics/sports medicine, inpatient and outpatient with neuro and orthopedic patients. Throughout my career my concentration has been with neurology for adults and children. I am currently practicing at IU Health in the Neurosciences center in the department of Neurorehabilitation and Robotics which is an outpatient clinic that specializes in treatment for patients with neurological disorders and vestibular and balance rehab. My Master’s degree is in Motor Control and I was certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Clinical Specialist in Neurology for 20 years. I have been active in clinical education in supervising students on their clinicals for both in and outpatient settings.
