A Midwest native, Dr. Kozlowski earned his medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. His residency was followed by a fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery in Boston, MA at Tufts University Medical Center and New England Baptist Hospital, an internationally recognized specialty hospital in the treatment of all forms of musculoskeletal disorders and disease. He followed this with an additional fellowship in orthopedic trauma at the Orlando Regional Medical Center, one of the busiest orthopedic trauma centers in the United States, where he focused on operative treatment for complex fractures of the upper and lower extremities and pelvis.
