Ryan Lester, PT, DPT, CSCS

Ryan has worked as an outpatient physical therapist since graduating from the University of Oklahoma doctoral program in 2018. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and is passionate about weightlifting and building health through strength. He has experience with Division I athletics as a player for Oklahoma State University and has worked to support athletes in all stages of life since. He also has experience with venue coverage and worked as a medical provider at the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon for several years. Outside of physical therapy, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, rock climbing and browsing Netflix.

Areas of Special Interest: Sports rehabilitation of contact sports, powerlifting athletes, and endurance based athletes. Post-Op care for knees and shoulders.
