That’s why we recently increased the availability of appointments you can book online, so you can quickly and conveniently book virtual or in-person appointments with our highly skilled providers. Taking care of yourself is more important than ever, and it’s just one of the ways we’re here to offer support.
We are also here to help you access care, no matter what your financial situation might be. If you find yourself facing financial difficulties, please reach out. When you get a bill for past care, you can call the phone number on the bill to talk about flexible payment options and other financial assistance available at IU Health. Before you receive care, you can request a cost estimate or you can contact our Financial Assistance team to learn about how to apply for financial assistance.
Q: Can I make an appointment with my primary care doctor or specialist?
A: We are ready to take care of you for any care you need, from annual check-ups with your primary care doctor to specialist visits with one of our top-ranked Cancer, Cardiology or Orthopedic specialists. We’re seeing patients through virtual visits or in-office appointments, based on your situation and comfort level. Call your doctor or find a provider and we will recommend a care setting based on your needs.
