The team of Indiana University Health Arnett Family Medicine providers is dedicated to providing primary healthcare services for the entire family, from infants to seniors.
The Family Medicine Department of IU Health Arnett is located in the Medical Office Building of Indiana University Health White Memorial Hospital. They offer cancer screenings, dermatology procedures, men’s health, women’s health, preventive care, pediatric care and more. Occupational health services including drug screenings for industry also are available. A gender and ethnically diverse group of providers is available to care for patients’ needs on a daily basis.
Being connected to the IU Health White Memorial Hospital provides more convenience to patients and family members. Walk-in patients can be triaged quickly within the Medical Offices and transferred next door to the Emergency Room if needed.
It is recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Early morning and evening hours are available by appointment. The walk-in clinic is available to patients from 8 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday, and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday (closed on Sunday). Lab hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm.

Dr. Diamond decided to specialize in family medicine after working with a small town family medicine physician in rural Indiana during medical school. The physician at that practice cared for the whole family with patients of all ages and was even treated like family by his patients. Dr. Diamond hopes to have that same close relationship with his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys running, being outdoors and spending time with his wife, Polly.
Dr. Hussain’s goal is to provide care to individuals and families in Monticello. She has been in practice for more than two years and finds the job challenging and very rewarding. She deals with medical problems, including childhood diseases, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, Alzheimer’s disease and arthritis of different kinds. Dr. Hussain also speaks Urdu, Sindhi and Hindi. She likes to read in her spare time.
Dr. Khdour is a board certified Family Medicine physician with experience gained in several healthcare systems in Europe and the United States. Dr. Khdour provides healthcare services to patients of all ages and in most healthcare settings, including clinics, hospitals and nursing homes. The IU Health Arnett Monticello medical office is well equipped to handle most office procedures and lab tests.
Prior to beginning her career as a nurse practitioner, Eldridge practiced as a registered nurse for 21 years in both hospital and outpatient settings. She enjoys working in family medicine because she likes to promote health throughout the lifespan. Eldridge is especially interested in preventive healthcare, diabetes management and women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, biking and spending time with her husband and two children.
Ilona started her career in healthcare as a medic in the Indiana National Guard. She also has 18 years experience in clinical research conducted in both the outpatient and inpatient setting for pharmaceutical companies. As a nurse practitioner, she enjoys being more involved in the health and wellness of her patients. She finds it rewarding to interact with her patients and explain test procedures and results. Ilona has four children and three grandchildren. She likes NASCAR, gardening, hiking, traveling and playing with her grandchildren.
Debra Graber, FNP-C enjoys working with a variety of patients and increasing her knowledge and skills. She started her nursing career in 1983 and has continued to further her education while raising her family. Debra believes that meaning in life comes from our love of others and participation in things that give purpose and meaning to our lives. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family.
Deb and her husband, Tom, moved to the Monticello community in 2007. Deb practiced in her hometown, Flora, Ind., for seven years before moving to Monticello. She previously worked as an Emergency Medicine nurse for 20 years at Home Hospital in Lafayette before continuing her education with a master’s degree from Purdue University. Deb enjoys her family, reading and traveling.
Michelle Wells, FNP-BC is proud to serve the Monticello community since she grew up in the area and attended Twin Lakes High School. She chose to practice family medicine so she could care for the whole family. She strives to provide the education to guide her patients to make the best health care decisions.
Dr. Bianculli grew up in West Lafayette and attended Purdue University before earning her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. She enjoys working with children to guide them to better health as they develop into young men and women. Dr. Bianculli is committed to providing quality care to each patient and educating families on the importance of fitness and nutrition. In her spare time, Dr. Bianculli enjoys traveling, running and cheering on the Boilermakers.
