The surgeons and staff of Ear Nose & Throat Associates of Southern Indiana are dedicated to providing quality compassionate care to the people of south central Indiana.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to appointments to allow us time to prepare your medical record. Please bring your insurance card and co-pay the day of your visit. We also encourage you to bring a complete list of your medications and any questions you would like addressed by your physcian at the time of your appointment. If you find wou are unable to make it to an appointment, we would ask you to kindly give our office a 24 hour notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. This will keep other scheduled appointments on time.
