Indiana University Health West Hospital is pleased to offer Adults Coping with Grief, a weekly bereavement support group welcoming those who have lost a loved one to traumatic injury, those who have lost a child, and those who have had someone they care deeply for die from illness.
Adults Coping with Grief meets each Thursday in the lobby of the Cancer Center at IU Health West and is facilitated by Dr. Dick Bailey, a Level II bereavement facilitator. Dr. Bailey brings more than 30 years of experience to the IU Health West campus.
Adults Coping with Grief is held at two different times each week—in the afternoon and evening—to better accommodate participants' varied schedules. The afternoon session meets from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The evening session meets from 7 pm - 9 pm.
For upcoming meeting dates, view our Events Calendar. There is no cost to attend Adults Coping with Grief, and no advance registration is necessary. If you have any questions about the program, or would like more information, please call 317.217.3800.
