Fresh & Fit is a free virtual 10-week program designed to help you get moving, eat healthy and improve your well-being. IU Health North, Saxony and West hospitals designed a program that combines exciting workouts, nutrition, health screenings and consistent motivation that result in healthy lifestyle changes.

All participants must be 18 and over. Participants do not need to have an IU Health doctor to participate. IU Health team members are not eligible to participate.

Do these statements sound like you?

  • My doctor wants me to lower my blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol.
  • My doctor has recommended I reduce my weight.
  • I’m ready to make a commitment to healthy eating habits and regular physical activity.

If you said yes to at least two of these statements, Fresh & Fit may be your next step.

The Commitment

Even the busiest of us can find free time in our day for activities that are important. It’s your decision to make exercise and nutrition a priority. In order to be successful in this program, you need to have the motivation and:

  • Be serious about changing your current lifestyle habits.
  • Commit to attending/completing virtual fitness classes via zoom 4-5 times each week during the 10-week program.
  • Commit to following a nutrition plan.
  • Commit to having two health screenings conducted during the 10-week program. Screenings will be held at the beginning and end of the program. Screenings will be scheduled by appointment on specific dates, during morning hours.
