When your cough will not go away in the evening or you need stitches over the weekend, you can still find the help you need without going to an emergency room. Indiana University Health Arnett Physicians offer urgent care services so you can receive quick and convenient medical attention for non-life threatening conditions.
At an Indiana University Health Arnett Urgent Care center, you can see a physician faster and for less expense than at an emergency room. Much like an emergency room, you do not need an appointment to visit an urgent care physician. Our board certified physicians provide high-quality care so you can get back to your normal lifestyle quickly by providing treatments such as medicines, stitches, casts and bandaging. Our urgent care centers also offer on-site lab tests, X-rays and computed tomography (CT) scans available on weekdays. Other services include minor surgical procedures, sports physicals and flu shots.
We provide comprehensive treatment for many conditions, including:
IU Health Arnett Urgent Care centers are open during evenings, weekends and holidays so you can get help even when you cannot schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. As part of the state’s largest health system, our physicians can refer you to leading specialists when you need further care.
Remember, if you have a medical emergency, always call 911 or go immediately to an emergency room. Medical emergencies are accidents or sudden unexpected illnesses that need treatment right away or they could result in loss of life, serious medical complications or permanent disability.
