Healthy Fitness Program
Research shows that people who exercise, eat right, refrain from smoking and are socially engaged live longer, are happier, and have a decreased chance of cancer recurrence. The key is making lifestyle changes that are sustained over time.
The Healthy Fitness Program will help you do just that. You will have support, education and accountability from your fellow group members who are working toward a similar goal. This course is for anyone who has recently completed cancer treatment and is ready to regain physical strength and get on the road to living a healthy lifestyle.
