Sports Physicals
IU Health Tipton Hospital is pleased to announce our annual Sports Physical night will be offered on Tuesday, June 20 from 5 – 7:00 pm at the hospital. This service is open to all students entering 6th grade through 12th grade for the 2023-2024 school year. We will be requiring all athletes to pre-register. If your student is in need of a sports physical please follow the details below to get them registered.
