Hypertension is a silent killer, affecting nearly half of U.S. adults and disproportionately impacting non-Hispanic Black communities. Indiana ranks among the lowest in the nation in cardiovascular health, making this issue particularly urgent for our state.

Over the past three years, iHEART implemented evidence-based strategies in three Indianapolis communities to improve cardiovascular health outcomes. On March 5, hear what worked, celebrate progress, and be a part of the conversation about the future of heart health in our community.
