Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility

Providing the highest level of fertility care

Our Reproductive Endocrinologists are trained to diagnose and treat common fertility issues, including unexplained infertility, PCOS and tubal problems.

At IU Health, our fellowship-trained and nationally recognized Reproductive Endocrinologists have unique expertise in caring for your needs.

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) is a specialty within Gynecology. All of our physicians were trained as an OB/GYN before receiving more specialized training for patients seeking fertility treatments. As a result, our team sees patients experiencing difficulties becoming pregnant. These difficulties can be due to various reasons - including recurrent pregnancy loss.

We provide care for patients experiencing a variety of fertility issues and provide the following services:

  • Consult appointments for patients with fertility questions, including any related to age or medical conditions
  • Evaluation & treatment of uterine problems such as uterine septum
  • Recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation
  • Fertility treatments include oral medications, injections, inseminations for partner and donor sperm and in-vitro fertilization
  • Blood work
  • Early menopause (ovarian insufficiency) treatment
  • Oncofertility consult appointments for patients wishing to freeze their eggs before cancer treatment
  • Surgery to correct fertility-related uterine and pelvic conditions

What treatment options are available to me?

The first step before any treatment is providing information and education to help you understand the nature of fertility and trouble getting pregnant and the treatment options available. Then, our team will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your goals and individual circumstances.
