Biography
Dr. Amar A. Pinto, MD, has been in practice for more than 30 years. Beginning his schooling and practice in India at Gulbarga University, Dr. Pinto later moved to the United States to complete a Research Fellowship at the University of Missouri and then at Indiana University-Indianapolis. As he began to focus his research and practice in gastroenterology, he served a year as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indiana University in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Dr. Pinto has since been a contributing author in many publications, including the American Journal of Cardiology and the American Journal of Hypertension.
