Biography

Angela Shehorn, MS, OTR, CHT, FAFS, is a senior staff occupational therapist at IU Health Arnett. She has more than 25 years of experience in upper extremity outpatient rehab.

Shehorn attended Purdue University and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in 1995 with Movement and Sports Science. She also graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a master’s in occupational therapy in 1998. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2004 and has been practicing in the Lafayette area for her entire career.

Shehorn is also a Fellow of Applied Functional Science and was the first OT in the world to achieve this. She is highly skilled in treating patients with upper extremity fractures, lacerations, amputations, cumulative trauma and other orthopedic conditions or injuries. Angela is also certified in Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM).

In her free time, Angela enjoys hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
