Cassidy Gausman, OTD, OTR/L

Cassidy is originally from Mississippi, but moved to Indianapolis to attend the University of Indianapolis for graduate school in 2018. After earning a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2021, Cassidy and her husband moved to California where she worked in a clinic and early intervention for 3.5 years. Since having her own child, Cassidy and her family decided to move back to Indianapolis continuing her career in early intervention. Cassidy especially enjoys working with children who have sensory needs as well as those who need help meeting their general developmental milestones. Cassidy uses the Family Guided Routines Based Intervention model in accordance with Indiana First Steps guidelines while emphasizing a play based and child guided approach. In her free time, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her family, being outside and watching movies.
