David Holmes, PTA

David Holmes is a physical therapy assistant with a bachelor's of science in athletic training and a bachelor's of science in exercise science from Indiana State University. He also has his physical therapist assistant degree from the University of Indianapolis. He is certified in ASTYM and specializes in orthopedic injuries and workers' compensation. He had over two decades of experience in the field, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic injuries and workers' compensation.

Being able to help others succeed is his favorite part about what he does. Holmes was honored to be awarded the Schneider PTA Recognition Award in 2007 for his high level of achievement and professionalism in the field. David has been a Hoosier from birth, currently lives in Carmel with his family, and takes any chance available to root for Big Ten Football.
