Biography
Dr. Elicia Harris, MD, MBA, FACOG, is the OB/GYN Physician Leader for Community Medicine Specialty Care at IU Health and a distinguished advocate for maternal health and reproductive equity. She earned her Physician MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2022 and was recently appointed to its prestigious Alumni Association Board of Directors. Dr. Harris serves as Vice Chair of the ACOG Indiana Section Executive Leadership Team and is a member of the ACOG Congressional Leadership Caucus. Her leadership spans clinical, academic and entrepreneurial domains, including her role as Chief Medical Officer of Navigate Maternity, a digital health startup recognized by Forbes for its innovative approach to reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. A former senior partner in a large OB/GYN group, Dr. Harris has also contributed to statewide maternal mortality review efforts and initiatives to increase diversity and inclusion in healthcare.
