Emily C. Rodgers, DO

Dr. Emily Rodgers grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, and knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in medicine. After leaving her hometown to attend college and complete her medical training, she and her family decided it was time to return to the community they love and call home.

What Dr. Rodgers Treats

Dr. Rodgers is a full-scope OB/GYN who provides care for pregnant and nonpregnant patients of all ages in need of gynecologic services. She also performs minimally invasive gynecologic procedures using the da Vinci robotic surgery system. During her residency, she participated in research focused on quality improvement initiatives aimed at preventing postpartum hemorrhage.

Outside of Work

When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Rodgers enjoys spending time with her children and extended family. Together, they enjoy trips to the lake, as well as walks and bike rides. She is also an avid runner and enjoys reading fiction.
