Biography
Dr. Eric Fleck joined Riley Children’s Health Pediatric Primary Care as a pediatrician in 2026.
From an early age, Dr. Fleck knew that he wanted a career in medicine. During his undergraduate studies, he volunteered at a local elementary school in Bloomington, Indiana where he discovered a passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
Today, he is dedicated to partnering with families to support the health and well-being of every child and empower them to be their best selves.
Education
Dr. Fleck received his medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Riley Hospital for Children.
Outside of Work
When not caring for patients, Dr. Fleck enjoys rock climbing, playing board games and video games with friends and spending time outdoors, especially on walks with his wife.
