Erin Skupien, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at IU Health Arnett in outpatient rehabilitation. She started working for IU Health in 2015 at IU Health Bloomington Children’s Therapy Center, treating pediatric patients. She is highly skilled in treating pediatric patients with feeding and swallowing difficulties, including infants. She also performs pediatric videofluoroscopic swallow studies. She has experience working with children with related disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, prematurity and other medical conditions.

She loves the outpatient setting, as it allows to her work with her patients’ care teams, and get to know her patients and their needs and goals very well. She wants to help her patients grow to communicate and eat the best they can, so they can live life to the fullest. Outside of work, Skupien loves playing board games with friends and family and is an avid reader, quilter and hiker.
