Biography
Haleigh Hanson is originally from the Chicagoland area and relocated to Indianapolis for undergraduate and graduate school.
Previously working as a hospitalist, she found her interest in gastroenterology and hepatology and was gracious to be accepted to the work along side the stellar team of hepatologists at IU Health.
She primarily works with the inpatient consult team at IU Health Methodist Hospital but also sees patients in the Transitional Liver Clinic. This clinic is dedicated to post-hospital follow ups and provides a unique continuity of care and bridge from inpatient to outpatient hepatology care.
She is currently a member of AAPA, IAPA and AASLD.
