Dr. Lindner is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. He remained at the University of Pittsburgh for medical school where he graduated with honors. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Michigan followed by spending an additional year of training doing a fellowship in Sports Medicine in Denver, Colorado at Panorama Orthopaedics.

After completing his fellowship training, Dr. Lindner went on to practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area for 4 years. During that time he served as team physician for multiple high schools. Dr. Lindner moved to Bloomington in July 2015, excited to return to the Midwest and the excitement of a sports hungry college town. Dr. Lindner currently serves as the team physician for Bloomington High School South and on Friday nights in the fall, you can find him on the sidelines of football games.

In his free time, you can find Dr. Lindner spending time with his wife, Brianna and their daughter. The Lindner’s enjoy spending time outside hiking, playing golf, and traveling. He is also in the early stages of learning to brew his own beer. Dr. Lindner particularly enjoys watching college football and basketball, especially the University of Pittsburgh.
