Biography

Jeffrey Florek, MD, joined IU Health in 2023, after working full time with Franciscan Hospital in Lafayette. Prior to that, he worked in Indianapolis at the Community Health Network. Dr. Florek is originally from Northwest Indiana and currently resides in West Lafayette with his wife and three children. In his free time, Dr. Florek enjoys traveling with his family. They have a yearly tradition of taking a long road trip to somewhere new in the United States.
