Biography
Katherine P. Bolton, CNM, was born and raised in Indiana with her four sisters. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
Bolton worked for two years in medical-surgical and emergency department units before transitioning to obstetric nursing. It was in obstetric care that she discovered her passion for midwifery, a field she has dedicated herself to for several years.
She is especially passionate about perinatal mental health and is currently working toward completing her postpartum support certification.
Outside of work, Bolton is married to her life partner, and they have one son. A devoted animal lover, she has four dogs and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and sewing.
