Biography
Lauren Healy, PA-C, has practiced as a physician assistant since 2018. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and completed a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at West Liberty University.
Lauren began her healthcare journey as a technician in the emergency department, where she witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact physician assistants can have on patients’ lives. Inspired by this, she pursued her passion for helping others and transitioned into the PA role.
Lauren works with both inpatient and outpatient populations, prioritizing a deep understanding of not just her patients’ medical conditions, but also how those conditions affect their daily lives. She values her role as the bridge between physicians and patients, taking the time to explain diagnoses and treatments in a clear, compassionate way that fosters trust and understanding.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys running and hiking with her husband and kids.
