Lesly Kolby, OTD, OTR/L

Lesly Kolby, OTD, OTR, CBIS, CPST, earned her doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2020 and provides care for pediatric patients. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and the families she serves.

Kolby holds certifications in brain injury and as a child passenger safety technician. She works with children with a variety of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, brain injury, stroke, autism, feeding difficulties and developmental delays. She also values continuing education to support high‑quality care and stay current with best practices.

Outside of work, Kolby enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, hiking, exercising and spending time with her daughter, Luisa; her Australian shepherd, Jax; and her husband, Caleb.
