Biography
Macy Whitehair, PT, graduated with a degree in physical therapy from Indiana University-Indianapolis and has been serving patients at IU Health ever since. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic care, treating conditions such as back and neck pain, joint replacements, generalized weakness and balance deficits.
In addition, Macy provides inpatient therapy through the SwingBed Program, helping patients transition from rehabilitation to home. Her goal is to improve mobility and daily living skills so patients can return to their normal routines with confidence.
Macy is passionate about helping people regain independence and enjoy life again. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and going to nieces’ and nephews’ sporting and 4-H events.
