Biography
Megan McGlothlin, NP, specializes in cardiology. She works with the on-call general cardiology team and interventional on-call team to assist in a variety of health conditions, including:
- Heart attack
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Heart failure
- Complete heart blocks
- Emergent temporary pacemaker placements
McGlothlin received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College in 2005 and worked as a registered nurse for 15 years at a long-term acute care hospital and then in an intensive care unit. In 2017, McGlothlin went back to school and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Bloomington and then her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2020.
She then worked as a travel nurse in intensive care, pediatric care and cardiovascular units.
When not working, McGlothlin enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
