Melissa S. Gronceski, MD

Dr. Melissa Gronceski is a pediatrician with Riley Children’s Health who is passionate about serving as both an advocate and educator for her patients and their families. She is committed to making healthy choices accessible and believes in addressing concerns as they arise while maintaining a strong focus on preventive care and overall wellness.

Dr. Gronceski chose pediatrics because it allows her to partner with children and families throughout their healthcare journey. She enjoys caring for children as they grow, reach new milestones, and pursue new goals and feels privileged to support them through each stage of development.

During a first visit, families can expect a collaborative approach centered on open communication, education and individualized care. Dr. Gronceski strives to build trusting relationships with her patients and their families while working together to achieve each child's health goals.

The most rewarding part of being a pediatrician for Dr. Gronceski is developing long-term relationships with patients and partnering with families as they navigate different stages of life. She values providing guidance, support, and education to help families make informed decisions about their child's health and well-being.

Outside of work, Dr. Gronceski enjoys attending football games, baking, playing pickleball and exploring new places with her husband and son.
