Biography
Nancy Paledino, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist working in Riley’s Early Intervention - First Steps program. The counties she serves include Hendricks, northern Morgan, and western Marion. She earned her undergraduate degree from Butler University and graduated from Indiana University with a master’s degree in 2007. Prior to joining the Riley Early Intervention team, Nancy worked in pediatric outpatient and school settings. She uses the Family Guided Routines Based Intervention and family coaching models in accordance with Indiana First Steps guidelines. Nancy’s goal is to support families in developing their children’s communication skills during child-led play and other everyday routines in their natural environment
