Biography
Dr. Niles E. Carter, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. She received her associate's degree from Oxford College of Emory University in 2003 and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Emory University in 2005. Wanting to further her education, Dr. Carter obtained her Doctor of Medicine from Howard University College of Medicine in 2020 and her post-graduate training from Howard University Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2014.
She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and was a National Health Service Corp Scholar.
