Biography
Dr. Patrick Bevans, MD applies his clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care for those 12 and older. They have practiced primary care medicine since 2023 in Atlanta Georgia and is excited to now practice with IU Health Primary Care. Dr. Bevans’ interest in medicine began with a passion for science and a desire to build lasting relationships with patients while helping them achieve healthier lives. He believes that listening carefully, educating patients and making healthcare decisions together are the foundation of excellent primary care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bevans also proudly serves as a physician in the United States Air Force Reserve, where he supports the health and readiness of service members. His military service has strengthened his commitment to leadership, teamwork, resilience, and providing high-quality care in diverse and demanding environments. Dr. Bevans looks forward to serving the Indiana community both as a family physician and as a military medical officer.
Dr. Bevans joins Indiana University Health Primary Care as a Family Medicine Physician. He has been board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians since 2026. He received a Medical Doctorate from Trinity School of Medicine in 2023. He then completed a residency at Northside Gwinnett Family Medicine Residency, in Lawrenceville Georgia in 2026.
