Biography
Peyton M. Lengacher, PA-C, was born and raised in the small town of Montgomery, IN. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated cum laude. She later attended Butler University, where she obtained her master’s in physician assistant studies.
Between her schooling, Lengacher worked as a nursing assistant, patient care technician and for several years as a clinical laboratory scientist in fertility medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys weightlifting, playing pickleball, cooking and spending time with her Miniature Eskimo Spitz, Elsa.
