Biography
Rachel graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Indianapolis in 2017. She has experience treating acute orthopedic, trauma and neurologic populations with further training and certification for individuals who have suffered a stroke or brain injury. She also developed programming for maternity patients at Riley Hospital to facilitate antepartum wellness and postpartum recovery.
Her outpatient clinical interests include:
- Stroke
- Brain injury
- Post-op brain and spine surgeries
- Pelvic health including antepartum and postpartum,
- TMD
- Oncology rehabilitation
Rachel supports professional education as a clinical instructor and is adjunct faculty with University of Indianapolis and Indiana State University’s PT programs.
Dr. Noyes-Finley believes in a therapeutic relationship built on trust, open communication and encouragement. She finds purpose in advocating for my patients and their goals. She loves to travel and experience new places and cultures. Rachel has participated in 2 medical brigades to Belize and Ecuador to provide PT services for those with limited medical access.
She considers herslef a lifelong learner and love to be challenged with new techniques and latest research. She is passionate about meeting her patients' functional goals through a strong therapeutic alliance with them and their care team
